Of particular relevance for manufacturers, distributors and consumers is the extent to which producing, dealing in and smoking e-cigarettes has criminal consequences. For example, smoking an e-cigarette has a practical relevance in terms of the on protecting non-smokers and that on health and safety at work. The author examines these and many other criminal laws, such as the pharmaceutical law, the tobacco law and the product safety law.
