Die Energiewende – verfassungsrechtliche Determinanten und verwaltungsrechtliche Umsetzung

This work examines the legal frameworks related to financial support for renewable energy in Germany and Taiwan. After explaining the principles of constitutional and environmental law, the development of the law and the current legal norms, the different approaches to funding in the two countries are compared.
By classifying, reviewing and comparing these legal norms of the two countries the reader can gain a deeper understanding of the respective regulations. By critically comparing the successes and failures of legislation in both countries this work can serve as a stimulus and inspiration for future legal development.
