Die EU-Verordnung über die Wasserwiederverwendung (WWVO) und deren Integration in das deutsche und schwedische Recht

This study integrates the topic of water reuse into an interdisciplinary framework and offers a comprehensive interpretation guide. The author analyses the EU regulation on (agricultural) water reuse and classifies it in European, German, and Swedish law – regions where this topic has been dealt with fragmentarily. The objectives and instruments of the Water Reuse Regulation are examined for their appropriateness and legality, emphasizing that they ultimately contribute to a "high level of environmental protection."
