Die Gewährleistungspflichten im koreanischen Kaufrecht

This work examines the Korean sales law as a core area of private law, which is significantly influenced by German law. It explains how a sales contract is concluded and the resulting rights and obligations of the contracting parties. The acquisition of ownership by way of a legal transaction is considered, as is the controversial question of the validity of the principle of separation and abstraction. The main focus of the work is the comprehensive presentation of the seller's warranty liability, which is composed of the numerous and specific regulations of the warranty for defects of title and the incompletely regulated warranty for material defects.
