Die Gottesfrage im neuzeitlichen Atheismus

Ulrich approaches modern atheism in an unusual way. He succeeds in engaging with the criticism of Christian faith in a reflective and fruitful way. In this way he enters into a dialogue at eye level that revolves around the central question of who God could be for people if they had freed themselves from all self-made images of God and projections. Ulrich's interpretations of Feuerbach, Marx and especially Nietzsche open up new paths for research by confronting these thinkers with the tradition of a Christian interpretation of being and thus bringing common concerns to light.
