Die Haftung des Arztes im Praktischen Jahr aus strafrechtlicher und zivilrechtlicher Perspektive

This work reveals the juridical responsibility for the behaviour of medical students in their practical year concerning criminal and civil law. It is considerd as a practically relevant guide for the students themselves, their mentoring specialists and the teaching hospital. Starting from the principles of liability concerning medical work-sharing the author develops a special standard of liability for the medical students in their practical year. Following this, the requirements of an sustaining individual support and surveillance through the mentoring specialists of the teaching hospital is focussed, also in the case of a body of acting persons. Finally liability claims of the civil law and claims to transference of the student against the teaching hospital are discussed.
