Die Insolvenzzweckwidrigkeit

This work provides the first comprehensive monographic analysis of insolvency purpose contrariety. It presents differentiated criteria for insolvency purpose contrariety that allow reliable determinations regarding the validity of legal transactions. After examining the legitimacy of insolvency purpose contrariety, the author addresses the dogmatic foundations and develops differentiated standards for all procedural situations and types within the insolvency context. For the first time, the international dimension of insolvency purpose contrariety is also analysed. Thus, the work is directed not only at academic discourse but is also of interest to insolvency practitioners.
