Die Mitwirkung Privater im öffentlichen Sicherheitsrecht

The work provides a profound insight into the constitutional challenges posed by the integration of private security forces into the security system of Germany. It focuses on the extent of the state's responsibility for tasks in public security law, from which specific requirements for the level of control of private security forces are drawn. Furthermore, the constitutionality of the existing system of control and supervision of private security forces is examined. The work concludes with an analysis of the draft bill for a Security Industry Act (July 2023).
