Die Notwendigkeit der Konkretisierung der Strukturverantwortung der Rehabilitationsträger

This work evaluates the providing of rehabilitation benefits to people with disabilities under SGB IX and the problems which arise in this context. Providing rehabilitation benefits is a complex process which requires comprehensive structuring. Ensuring that rehabilitation benefits are guaranteed in a fair and appropriate system, as it is guaranteed in statutory health insurance, is a responsibility of the rehabilitation carriers. The author evaluates whether the rehabilitation carriers’ responsibility towards structures regarding statutory regulations is defined in a sufficient manner. The subject of the investigation is the question how exactly it should be defined and if the structure of SGB V can be a guiding principle for that.
