‚Revelation‘is a key concept of the three monotheistic world religions, but also of a philosophy that remains aware that its first task is to think about what is being given. Phenomenology, which has in Jean-Luc Marion its best-known living representative, reflects about what shows itself, as it presents itself from itself, and thus invites us to think and to answer.
