Die Rechtsnachfolge von Todes wegen in Gesellschaftsanteile im deutschen und französischen Recht

This work is dedicated to the question of how shares in German and French companies are passed on by way of succession. It contributes to a better understanding of the dogmatic and functional principles of German and French law. To this end, the guiding principles that characterise the two legal systems are elaborated and compared. It thus creates the basis for a deeper understanding of private international law, in particular the European Succession Regulation. The latest reform of German company law has been taken into account for the printed version.
