Die Regulierung der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung in Frankreich

Temporary agency work law and its use changes permanently in Germany. While the French neighbours have barely modified their temporary agency work law within the last 30 years, albeit the European directive. Temporary agency work is well established and it is based on a different conception than in Germany.
Therefore, this work analyses the French temporary agency work law in detail, evaluates its compatibility with the Directive 2008/104/EC, and compares it to German law. In addition, the statistical data available in France and Germany is displayed. Furthermore, the work elaborates the economic impact of temporary agency work with particular attention to the interests of the parties involved. Finally, based on these findings the incentives set by temporary agency work regulations are demonstrated.
