Die Regulierung digitaler Plattformen

On October 28/29, 2022, the sixth symposium of the "Wissenschaftliche Vereinigung für das gesamte Regulierungsrecht" ["Scientific Association for the Entirety of Regulatory Law"] took place at the Faculty of Law of the Humboldt University in Berlin. The event was held on "The Regulation of Digital Platforms" and was examined from various perspectives. The legal means by which the particular dynamics of digital markets can best be addressed were discussed, as well as the need for platform regulation to ensure intellectual property protection and data privacy. An outlook on the impact of platform regulation on European AI governance followed this. The sixth volume in this series contains the speakers’ contributions at the symposium.
