Relevant case groups such as deepfakes, revenge porn, dick pics, cyberflashing and sextortion are examined in detail. This has highlighted gaps and contradictions in the vriminal law regulations in this context. The result of this work i a concrete proposal for reform to amend the German Criminal Code.
