Die unbürokratische Behörde und die Entbürokratisierung von Einzelorganisationen

In contrast to previous specialist literature, the focus is not on simplifying administration across the board, but rather on reducing the bureaucracy of individual organizations (authorities, companies) under the given circumstances. In the first part, scientists, consultants and managers are given an overview of the characteristics by which an "unbureaucratic" authority can be recognised. This catalogue of characteristics is condensed into a "bureaucracy barometer", which can be used for organisational bureaucracy diagnoses of authorities and companies. In the second part, methods are shown how an organization can master the change process of de-bureaucratization.
