Die Verfassung öffentlicher Güter

Our society encounters itself in public goods, which citizens depend on in order to develop in a free and equal society and to shape social cohesion democratically. Demographic, neoliberal and digital structural change and social and pandemic, economic and ecological, and energy and military crises challenge public goods. Therefore, the liberal constitutional state must guarantee public goods, guarantee citizens' right to public goods, regulate civil society production of public goods, recognize new digital and ecological public goods and, above all, safeguard the future of public goods.
