The thesis submitted presents solutions in answer to questions discussed in jurisdiction and literature relating to the laws concerning the reimbursement of vocational carers. First of all the thesis defines the prerequisites for the reimbursement of vocational carers according to the statutes of the VBVG. Following this is a discussion concerning the granting of reimbursement and further modalities of the reimbursement claim. Of interest in the explanation of the hourly rate is reimbursement in the case of a change of vocational carer, the possibilities of reimbursement for activities before the beginning/after the end of care etc. Furthermore there is a discussion of reimbursement for specific professional services provided by the carer and of the question as to whether payment agreements in addition to the VBVG statutes are allowed. Finally the thesis deals with the exceptions to a lump-sum payment and the special features of care for clubs and authorities.
