Die Vergütung des Insolvenzverwalters

This work is a scientific study of the legal regulations governing the calculation of the insolvency administrator's remuneration. Taking into account all decisions of the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) since 2000 and the relevant commentaries and journal articles, the law on remuneration is comprehensively reviewed. Finally, the work shows that the relevant provisions are appropriate without exception when interpreted correctly and that the Insolvenzrechtliche Vergütungsverordnung has been optimally designed by the legislator. The principles developed for the application of the standards should enable a large number of compensation law cases to be solved.
