Christian Worpenberg takes a cross-sectoral view on this scale, considering the modalities of land, air and inland waterway transport, and examining the legal framework for the exchange of information between autonomous vehicles. He identifies key points for future legal doctrine and a corresponding legal framework, which he believes should be given particular attention in order to create a regulatory structure that promotes innovation and minimises risk.
