Die virtuelle Aufsichtsratssitzung

The utilisation of virtual and hybrid meeting and resolution formats in the supervisory board has become considerably more important in corporate practice. However, a standardised dogmatic basis is missing, not least due to diverging legislative materials in the course of the NaStraG and TransPuG. The present study identifies key problem areas and proposes differentiated solutions for a practical and coherent dogmatic treatment of virtual forms of supervisory board resolutions and meetings.
