This text analyses the three possible rights of revocation in the German Act on Copyright and Related Rights (Copyright Act): revocation because of the transfer of exploitation rights (Article 34), right of revocation for non-exercise (Article 41) and the right of revocation for changed conviction. The author thoroughly examines their impact at the different levels of exploitation rights.
