The regulations dealing with industrial actions are developed by jurisdiction. The legislator has not created legal standardization, although this was and is his task. Labour courts have instead taken on the task of developing the general legal bases.
This work deals with the legal requirements of labour disputes in relation to the selected special forms of non-trade union (“wild-cat”) strike, political strike and industrial actions due to relocations plans of the employer. It covers legal questions in correlation with these forms of industrial actions that arise especially due to the lack of legal standardization and the increasing importance of european and international legal norms.
