Description
The volume examines the methods used to process digital disruptions and transformations in law and jurisprudence and how central categories of law can be adapted to this. The contributions focus on the consequences of digitalisation for law and methodology, examine the potential and limits of reasoning by analogies to analog phenomena, point out upheavals and developments in intellectual property law and demonstrate how ac-countability and reasons can be conceptualised in face of AI.
