Digital transformation is deeply influencing cooperation in companies, which also makes adaptations in human resources development necessary. The question is how companies can cope with the ever-increasing pace of external change. In this regard, exciting new opportunities for a collective understanding of human resources development also emerge, which this book highlights from the perspective of business psychology. The author worked as a research associate on different national and international e-learning-projects at the University of Bremen for several years.
