Digitalisierung des Bauleitplanverfahrens

The Act to Strengthen Digitalization in the Urban Land Use Planning Process and to Amend Other Regulations of 3 July 2023 (Federal Law Gazette 2023 I No. 176, 214) made amendments and additions to the Building Code, the Land Use Ordinance and the Wind Energy Area Requirements Act. These relate in particular to urban land-use planning procedures, the transitional provisions in the Building Code, Section 35 of the Building Code, reconstruction in the event of a disaster in accordance with Section 246c of the Building Code and new options for the construction of facilities for the generation of electricity from renewable energies in the Land Use Ordinance. This conference volume discusses the new regulations and examines them from a legal and practical planning perspective for all those interested in building and planning law.
