Digitalisierung und Schuldrecht

On 24 and 25 October 2024, a conference was held at the University of Barcelona on the topic of “Digitalization and the Law of Obligations”. Scientists from Spain and Germany gave presentations on this topic, which were then discussed. The presentations by the participants printed in this volume deal, among other things, with the conclusion of contracts using AI, the requirements for the contractual conformity of digital products and liability for damages associated with the use of AI. The contributions printed in the speakers' native languages are preceded by summaries in Spanish and German.
