Description
This volume provides guidance on how the Digital Services Act (DSA) can be applied to generative AI, AI agents and new forms of digital intermediation. The contributions to the conference volume ‘DSA – Fit for AI?’ examine whether, and under what conditions, AI applications can be classified as intermediary services, and to what extent the DSA is equipped to meet the challenges posed by the use of AI on online platforms. At the same time, the volume demonstrates how AI can support the implementation, monitoring and enforcement of the DSA. This interdisciplinary analysis examines the interplay with the AI Regulation and develops perspectives for regulation, legal practice and research.
