Rolf Wagner provides insights into the political backgrounds of these instruments. The practical experiences of the District Court Wedding in Berlin as the exclusively competent court for Germany with the Payment Order Regulation are presented by Johanna Richardt, while Robert Magnus focusses on the payment order procedure from an academic perspective.
