With the sixth volume of the Official Collection, the Lower Saxony State Court continues to publish its decisions worthy of publication. The volume contains the judgments and decisions from 2018 to 2024. The published decisions focus on the rights of the parliamentary opposition and the review of elections. Particularly noteworthy are the decisions on the state government's duty to provide information under Article 25 of the Constitution of Lower Saxony, on the government‘s duty to respond to questions raised bei members of parliament under Article 24 of the Constitution of Lower Saxony and the possible reasons for refusing to answer, on the constitutional procedural status of municipal umbrella organizations, and on the unconstitutionality of the division of state parliamentary constituencies in Lower Saxony.
