Fachkräftemangel in Deutschland und Polen im Vergleich

The authors of this book address one of the most pressing problems in today's labour market: the shortage of skilled workers. The focus is on a systematic comparison of the situation in Germany and Poland. In addition to the theoretical underpinnings, the authors analyse the causes of the problem and discuss existing measures taken by companies and governments. They present best-practice examples from both countries and develop practical recommendations for companies and governments to combat the shortage of skilled workers.
The publication is the result of an intensive exchange between the DHBW Heilbronn and the University of Szczecin.
