Teachers in nursing assistant training programmes in Germany often face the challenge of providing the students with the best possible training despite difficult learning conditions. To address these situations, Franziska Kranz has developed a support concept for learners in (future) generalist nursing assistant training programmes, with reference to the disciplines of special education and social pedagogy.
The aim is to provide teachers in this ‘new’ training programme with suitable options. Additionally, the needs and issues of learners are clarified to identify the necessary framework conditions in educational institutions and enable optimal learning support.
