Description
How can we tackle the far-reaching processes of transformation the EU is currently facing? In addition to the geopolitical shifts, climate change and the reorganisation of energy systems in particular pose major challenges for our societies. European policy is particularly important for dealing with these challenges, yet member states are characterised by very different preferences on these questions. Despite the scale of the challenges, there are solutions and numerous initiatives helping France and Germany shape the transformation. These are discussed in the present publication.
