Gebändigte Macht: Verfassung im europäischen Nationalstaat

A court in Cologne declares religious circumcision of boys a criminal act. A Hungarian party uses its two-thirds majority to redesign the nation’s constitutional foundations. Two examples of national events that prompted legal and political resonance far beyond the national borders – and vibrant transnational debates on Verfassungsblog.
