Gedächtnisschrift für Harry Westermann

This volume commemorates Harry Westermann (1909–1986) with four recent articles on property and corporate law. An article by Peter Hommelhoff examines the corporate law of the proposed “EU Inc.” and explains why it still requires regulation as a component of corporate structure. Two years after the MoPeG, Carsten Schäfer takes stock of the new law governing partnerships. Gunther Lehrleiter pays tribute to the current reform of cooperative law, and Matthias Casper honors the life and work of Harry Westermann. This volume brings together additional contributions made on the occasion of a memorial symposium and is also intended as a contribution to the debate on the culture of remembrance.
