Gemeinwohl in einer Gesellschaft des privatbesitzrechtlichen Individualismus

The book addresses the question of the possibility of common good formation in a liberal democracy based on the dominance of the private economy on a possessive-individualist basis. With reference to the cultural-theoretical and psychodynamic analysis of the fabric of the categories of violence, meritocratic empowerment, the common good and social innovation, a civilizational understanding of the collective learning of social freedom in the context of social peace in the constitutional state is transcendental-logically developed. The normative-legal vanishing point is the modern natural law of the personal dignity of man.
