Genossenschaftliche Hybridität

In this work, the author presents an innovative method of capturing cooperative hybridity that moves away from the binary approach of previous studies to offer a continuous scale. This makes it possible to analyse cooperative hybridity quickly, simply and reproducibly for the first time. Using energy cooperatives as an example, the author demonstrates how diverse characteristics can be made visible and evaluated in a structured manner.
This flexible method can also be applied to other organisational forms, offering added value to researchers of various hybrid business models.
