Geschlechter(un)gerechtigkeit in technischen Organisationen

The debate about the relationship between gender and justice in technology organisations shows gender equality as a contradictory phenomenon, which raises the question of how gender equality is dealt with in organisational practice. In this book, historically and socially produced design contexts are examined through a process-driven combination of theory, empiricism and reflection and put in an overall context. Moreover, basic contradictions are compared in a comprehensible way. The book illustrates the need to spur a debate that is appropriate to the complexity of gender equality, the success of which obviously presupposes the organised participation and empowerment of all those involved.
