Geschlechtergerechte Personalentwicklung an Hochschulen

For decades staff development programs play an important role in the economy. Given the demographic changes and the resulting lack of skilled workers, universities now became aware that the academic staff development is one of the most important tasks for the future. This publication describes existing staff development programs and explains best practice examples as well as instruments and challenges for a gender-equitable staff development.
