Description
The book deals with health-promoting and health-endangering behaviours and experiences in coping with training and work demands in nursing training. It uncovers personality specific resources and requirements in the form of inner attitudes and by taking a closer look at motivation. The AVEM manual and a questionnaire on motivation during training are used for this purpose.
