Today, health promotion and the prevention of ill health are more important than ever and should be an integral part of health-related training and study programmes. Prof. Dr Antje Miksch holds the Chair of Modern Health Science with a focus on person-centred health promotion and teaches and researches at the Protestant University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt.
