Große internationale Wirtschaftsstreitigkeiten und staatliche Gerichte im 21. Jahrhundert

The German judiciary sometimes reacts half-heartedly to developments in the international market for judicial services. This causes parties in significant international commercial disputes to look for other appropriate institutions before which to litigate their disputes. In the author's view, this is regrettable because, due to its international reputation, the German judiciary has good prerequisites to become an important player in the "market" of judicial services. The author therefore pleads for more courage and innovation and calls for the establishment of an international commercial court, the Commercial Court Germany.
