Description
Resonance can become a criterion for social change and learning processes and is therefore relevant for all those working in social fields. This dissertation refines Rosa's resonance theory by modifying the concepts of time and acceleration. It also introduces the term of co-resonance. This can overrule resistance to social innovation and open alternative possibilities. Regarding new social forms of life, the following proposals should be discussed in a communicative discourse:
• Convivialist models of intergenerational lifestyles;
• Decommodification of basic needs (health, education, culture);
• Guaranteeing a basic income as an equivalent for civic engagement;
• Correcting misguided economic expansion through post-growth;
• Establishing a new social reason based on communitarian principles.
