Health Psychology

The importance of mental health is growing worldwide in science, society, and practice. In an increasingly complex and stressful world, issues relating to the promotion of mental well-being, the prevention of mental illness, and evidence-based therapy are becoming the focus of a wide range of specialist disciplines. This volume takes this interdisciplinary need into account and offers a systematically structured, scientifically sound, and practice-oriented insight into current developments in health psychology, sport psychology, and clinical psychology.
