The volume presents the lectures at the 8th Corporate Criminal Law Days at the end of 2023 at the LMU in Munich. With asset recovery in companies, the need for regulation in the sanctioning of associations and supply chain regulation, the conference focuses on current problem areas of corporate criminal law. In all three fields, not only the current law is subject to a critical analysis. It is also taken into account that regulation or the implementation of European regulation is pending in all areas. The issues are examined from a Ger-man, Austrian and Swiss perspective. The authors are among the leading legal scholars and practitioners in their countries.
