Herausforderungen und Potenziale vor Ort

For the second time, the Social Science Research Institute of the EKD, with the participation of three Protestant churches and Fresh X, has examined the simple initial question "How are the local churches doing? The resulting typology of congregations shows which factors influence expectations of future development: The use of organisational development techniques and a focus on concrete goals linked to the local environment promise positive development, while certain difficult environmental factors and vacancies are associated with negative expectations of future development.
