Description
The Hungarian Yearbook of International Law and European Law presents, contextualizes and analyzes the most important international judicial forum’s decisions (in particular: CJEU, ECtHR), which relate to Hungary (e.g. either Hungary is one of the parties to the case, or the proceedings were initiated by Hungarian courts or Hungarian citizens/legal entities), or of particular interest to Hungary for some reason. The Hungarian Yearbook’s other aim is to provide an opportunity for Hungarian international law and European law scholars to present their latest research findings to the international public. The Hungarian Yearbook also regularly presents developments in the application of international law and European law in Hungary.
