Hungarian Yearbook of International Law and European Law 2026

The Hungarian Yearbook of International Law and European Law presents the most important decisions of international judicial bodies relating to Hungary – either Hungary is one of the parties to the proceedings, or the proceedings have been brought by Hungarian courts or by Hungarian natural or legal persons – placing them in context and analysing them. Another aim is to provide Hungarian researchers with an opportunity to present their latest research findings in the fields of European and international law to an international audience. In addition, the Yearbook regularly reports on developments in the application of international and European law by Hungarian courts.
