Idealismus und Negativismus

This volume collects essays that honor the philosophical work of Lore Hühn under the guiding concepts of Idealism and Negativism. The essays by long-standing companions, colleagues, former doctoral students and habilitation students reflect the diverse contexts, topics and effects of her philosophical work. The focus is on Classical German Philosophy (especially Schelling) with its lasting effects and influence up to the present day (with stations including Schopenhauer, Marx and Kierkegaard), as well as on questions of ethics and aesthetics in Modernity.
