Identitätsverwaltung in IKT-Systemen

The protection of personal data based on Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR can be extended to the protection of diverse context-specific personal identities. As the cultural, economic and social identity can be realised simultaneously, they need the same protection in the online-context as already exists in the offline-context. In order to reach effective protection the images of the personal identites in the online-context need to be negotiable with a mediation agent as it could be shown with applying the game theory. Consequently an iterative "identity management by design" should become a requirement for the technical design in order to implement the principle of a negotiable personal identity in the online-context.
