Individuelle Strategien zur Stressbewältigung bei mobil-flexibler Arbeit

In this book, Florian Dominik Brehmer offers valuable insights for employees, managers and organisations seeking to better understand and sustainably shape mobile and flexible working practices within the public sector. Using the example of management control, the study highlights the factors that trigger subjective stress and how employees cope with it. The research is based on problem-centred structured interviews, analysed using Mayring’s qualitative content analysis. The results illustrate that stressors are diverse and that coping strategies vary in terms of individual differences, situational factors and effectiveness. The author conducts research on stress, coping and mobile-flexible working in public administration.
